Who are we?

Urgent Technology Ltd. was founded in 1997, to provide effective and reasonably priced IT services and support.

Whilst gaining a sturdy reputation through its business partners, the company is quick to respond to the ever changing needs of the market and diversified in to web related services.

Since taking its first steps in web development, developing small intranets, Urgent Technology have moved on to the global stage, developing mass market, multi-lingual applications for major blue chip clients.

Today, Urgent Technology is a multi national company providing best in class services to our customers around the world. Our primary focus is to consistently exceed our customer expectations in all that we do.

Key Milestones

2007

  • January: Integrated eMaintenance data with the Google Mapping service.
  • February: Opened office in New Delhi, India.
  • May: Roll out Remedy (Accenture CRM) integration with UK installation of eMaintenance.
  • June: Awarded contract to provide Microsoft Sharepoint 2007 development and support.
  • July: Celebrated 10 years of Urgent Technology.
  • September: Begin roll out of Iberia eMaintenance installation which includes integration to SAP.
  • October: Awarded Siebel CRM to Remedy integration project for large US based organisation.

2006

  • January: Completed large ecommerce website for major blue chip company.
  • May: Fully customisable web based project management system launched.
  • June: Rolled out training platform for large organisation in the USA.
  • October: Deployed eMaintenance in Germany.

2005

  • January: The safety passport system surpassed 20,000 active users.
  • March: eMaintenance rollout continues across the USA.
  • September: Moved to bigger premises on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

2004

  • May: West coast USA trials of eMaintenance begin.
  • September: Outgrowing its original location, the company moved to larger offices to accommodate new staff.
  • October: Rollout of eMaintenance to seven European countries began.
  • November: A safety passport system, powered by VTE, was launched globally.

2003

  • December: eCircle, a version of eMaintenance for the Netherlands, was created and deployed.
  • July: Construction & Safety Management system developed and launched to over 5,000 users in 15 countries for web based construction management.

2002

  • March: eMaintenance rolled out in the UK.
  • June: Developed Virtual Shared Drive document management system for major blue chip company.

2001

  • February: eMaintenance was created and piloted for the UK.

2000

  • March: Made an active move to developing web applications, creating its first global extranet.

1997

  • July: Urgent Technology founded.
  • October: Urgent Technology secures its first major support contract with the regional offices of a large multi-national company.
